NEETA Ltd are extremely pleased to reveal that we have recently been the subject of an OFSTED inspection and have been awarded Grade 2.
On the 24th, 25th 26th and 27th June 2014 NEETA were inspected by a team of Inspectors. Across 4 days the inspectors looked at:
Outcomes for Learners
Quality of Teaching, Learning and Assessment and
Effectiveness of Leadership and Management.
Some of the headlines from the Inspectors report are:
Apprentices produce a good standard of practical work and acquire good communication skills for working with clients.
Tutors offer good individual coaching and strong support to learners in the workplace that helps learners and apprentices improve their skills and make good progress.
Initial assessment is good and ensures that learners get good support in improving their literacy and numeracy skills and
Leaders, managers and all staff have high expectations of learners and help them overcome any personal barriers to their learning.
NEETA would once again like to thank the Employers we work with and all other stakeholders who helped us to achieve our “Good” Inspection.
