Employing around 40 skilled and experienced staff, we were recognised as an "Investor in People" in 1992 and we have maintained the standard to date. Moreover, in October 2009 NEETA were re-assessed by Investors In People against their new quality criteria and are delighted to have been awarded the "Gold" standard. This quality mark recognises the investment made by the company in the development and support of its staff.
All education and training provision is quality assured through an inspection process by OFSTED.
Our last inspection by the Adult Learning Inspectorate (ALI, now OFSTED) was in 2006. We were delighted to maintain Grade 2 (Good Provision) in all areas of inspection for the second time in a row.
This was celebrated further when we were named in the Lead Inspectors report for 2006 as one of the top 150 training providers nationally and were the only Hair and Beauty provider in Tyne and Wear to be recognised.
